Service Agreement
I am the owner, and/or the representative of the media
and have the legal rights to this media and all recorded data.
I approve John Tunstall @datarecoveryservices.com, to evaluate the media for
recovery purposes. Upon My( Legal Owner/ Representative) authorization John
Tunstall. will complete the Data Recovery process and upon completion of service I agree
to pay in FULL all invoices for this service. Should Data Recovery not
be possible, or I decline the recovery, I understand that the
evaluation charge for Data Recovery is the only charge i'm obligated to.John Tunstall. is NOT responsible
for any claims in respect to the physical condition of Media during
the Evaluation process and/or after the Data Recovery Evaluation/Service
is complete. John Tunstall . shall be bound to Non-Disclosure of ALL
